In here, you can read all about the collaboration between BEWI and PRO-CONSULT (under developement).
We recommend that you fill out a repair requisition and send it digitally.
If you prefer, you can also print it and include it with the case you are sending in for repair.

Procedure Guide
1. Initial Assessment
a. If you send an item for repair, a technician will always contact you after inspection of the unit.
During this step, we will assess what needs to be done, estimate the repair time, and provide you with a price offer.
2. Quotation
a. If you choose not to accept the offer, the case will be closed with an inspection fee og DKK 1,000 / € 135.00.
b. If you accept the offer, the inspection fee is waived, and the agreed price will be invoiced upon completion of the repair.
c. All quoted prices exclude shipping from our address, which will be added to the total price.
3. Hourly Rate
a. Our standard hourly rate for 2024-25 is DKK 1,100 / € 148.00.
This rate applies to all work outside of an offer or other agreements and also includes on-site work.
This incur an additional fee of DKK 4.95 / € 0.70 per kilometer.
