Heidenhain has existed since 1889 – that is, 100 years before PRO-CONSULT was founded. We have therefore traded the brand ever since our foundation in 1989.

The short answer is that it depends on which mod you are looking for. When you contact us by phone, you get through directly to an employee who typically investigates the matter the same day. If you are looking for a discontinued model, it may take a little longer to research the market for remaining models.
If, on the other hand, you are looking for a new model, we will order it home immediately. The delivery time depends on the supplier.
We can repair most modules. We have seen everything from lightning damage, fire damage and short circuits. The vast majority of modules can be repaired, but in some cases it pays better to buy a new one. In that case, we will have a conversation about what will pay off best.
