Heidenhain has existed since 1889 – that is, 100 years before PRO-CONSULT was founded. We have therefore traded the brand ever since our foundation in 1989.
We have always dealt with industrial electronics. We therefore dare to say that we have solid experience in the field. We have helped Danish and foreign companies over many years, and have gotten production up and running again in thousands of companies.
We almost always find the spare part or component that is missing. Are you missing a specific part? Then contact our sales department immediately.
When you contact us by phone, you get through directly to an employee, who typically investigates the matter the same day. If it is urgent, we will of course take care of the matter as soon as possible. If you are looking for a discontinued model, it may take a little longer to research the market for remaining models.
If, on the other hand, you are looking for a new model, we will order it home immediately - and we have several delivery options depending on how urgent it is.
We can repair most modules. We have seen everything from lightning damage, fire damage and to short circuits and aging damage. Most often, it is a question of aging damage, where the equipment must be renovated, cleaned and have acid damage removed. The vast majority of modules can be repaired, but in some cases it pays better to buy a new one. In that case, we will have a conversation about what will pay off best.

Heidenhain is a German company founded in 1889 in Berlin by Wilhelm Heidenhain.
In 1948, the company was relaunched by Wilhelm Heidenhain's son, Dr. Johannes Heidenhain, after the devastation of World War II. It was at this time that the company began to develop and produce measurement and control technology, including linear scales and rotary encoders. These products quickly became a mainstay of precision measurement and control in industry and research, setting standards for accuracy and reliability in mechanical and electronic control.
